Join us for an in-person Silent Disco Yoga Flow at Culture Brewing Co. Encinitas!

Connecting breath-to-movement, we'll flow through yoga postures at an intuitive pace set to an inspiring and immersive music experience with *silent disco* headphones. Variations will be offered to allow you to practice at your own level, while keeping up with the flow.

We invite you to join us after class for a complimentary beer and time to hangout with friends and our amazing community!
